• In Redtail CRM, select your name in the top-right corner of the screen.

• Choose Preferences from the dropdown menu.

• Toggle Early Access ON/OFF at the top of the Preferences page.

 

 

Submit Feedback on Early Access Features

Once you enable Early Access and try a new feature, you receive a brief in-app survey within the first week or two to share your thoughts.

Expect the following:

• You receive the survey after using the feature for a few days.

• Answer questions about what worked, what didn’t, and what to improve.

• Product and design teams review your responses directly.
