Use the template below to request a new feed from Wells Fargo Clearing Services.

NOTE: Wells Fargo may require the Client Download/Data Feed Authorization Letter to be addressed and sent to the Wells Fargo Advisors account holder by the Wells Fargo Advisors/Broker on the Wells Fargo Advisors/Broker letterhead for the account holder's signature. This authorization grants an Agent/Third Party permission to download account information by the Wells Fargo Advisors account. This form is strictly provided by Wells Fargo/First Clearing.

Submit a Support Case with Orion

• Log into Orion Connect and open the Support app.
  • Click the button within the Support app.
  • Select the Service Request tab.

Service Request Details

• Support Service Team: Reconciliation (If you are working directly with the Onboarding team, select Onboarding as the Support Service Team instead.)
• Advisor #: populate with your fir's Orion advisor number
• Subject: New Wells Fargo/First Clearing Feed - [insert firm name]
• Description:
  • We have contacted Wells Fargo Clearing Services to request a new feed of our data to Orion. Please initiate an internal process to prepare this feed for our database.
    • Firm UID: To be sent to sme-data@orion.com from Wells Fargo once processed
    • Three Sample Accounts: [enter three account numbers expected in the feed]
    • Do you intend to share this feed with any other database(s) in Orion? YES or NO (If yes, please explain)
    • Rep Assignment: If there is a representative you would like assigned to this feed, provide the Orion Rep ID (located in Firm Profile > Representatives) and the name
    • New Accounts Process:  Auto-Exclude (it is the firm's responsibility to manually create the account shells)
    • Click Submit

Interface Notes

• Requests not completed within 60 days are subject to cancellation. Custodial delays and other special circumstances may allow for more time as necessary.
• Please Note: data cannot be applied to your database until Orion receives a notice from Wells Fargo that includes your firm's UID.
• This feed does contain name files; however because SSNs are not provided, Auto-Householding is not available. The feed must be set to Auto-Exclude new accounts and it is the firm's repsonsibility to manually create the account shells.
• Rep mapping is available.
• Approximate time to complete (start to finish): 7-10 business days once all information is provided to Orion
