Advisor must send this email to productionteam@assetmark.com, AMKDataFeeds@assetmark.com, and CC sme-datarecon@orion.com.

Subject: [insert firm name] - Assetmark Trust Data Feed to Orion

Message body:
We would like to establish a direct feed of our AssetMark Trust data into Orion. Please initiate steps to send data files to the existing SFTP connection at Orion with a unique identifier in the file name. Notify sme-datarecon@orion.com upon completion, including the new unique identifier.

Submit a Support Case with Orion

• Log in to Orion Connect, open the Support app
  • Click the  button with the Support app.
  • Select Service Request tab

• Support Service Team: Reconciliation (If you are working directly with the Onboarding team, select Onboarding as the Support Service Team instead.)

• Advisor # (if prompted): populate with your firm's Orion advisor number

• Subject: New AssetMark Feed(s)– [insert firm name],
• Description:
  • We have contacted AssetMark to request a new feed to Orion. Upon receipt of AssetMark's confirmation, please set this feed up as outlined.

• Firm Name: 
• Three sample account numbers: [for verification, enter three account numbers expected in the feed]
• Is this feed to be shared with any other database(s) in Orion? Yes or No
• Do you need the feed to be assigned to specific representatives? Yes or No
  • If so, provide the Rep ID (located in Firm Profile > Representatives) and the name you want assigned to the feed.

• Click Submit

Interface Notes

• Rep Code (unique identifier) is required to establish the feed on the Orion platform and is usually 6-7 characters.

• Requests not completed within 60 days are subject to cancellation. Custodial delays and other special circumstances may allow for more time as necessary.
• This feed does contain name files, so accounts can be created automatically through the feed.
• Rep Mapping and Auto-Householding are available.
• Approximate time to complete: 7-10 business days once Orion receives all applicable information
