Use the template below to request a new feed from Goldman Sachs Select.

Subject: Attn: Data Feeds

Message: Please accept this email as my authorization to send data associated with our firm to Orion Advisor Technology. Please respond to this email providing the "Data Feed Authorization Form", if required, and begin the setup process to send our firm's account data to Orion Advisor Technology per your existing connectivity with them. I can be reached at [insert phone and email] to discuss the authorization of account information to be sent. Once processed, notify sme-data@orion.com, including our firm name and the firm's GS SELECT generated ID (firm parse ID) associated with our firm's data files.

 

 

Submit a Support Case to Orion

1. Log into Orion Connect and open the Support app.
2. Click the Submit Case button within Support.
3. Select the Service Request tab.

 

Service Request Details:

• Support Service Team: Reconciliation (If you are working directly with the Onboarding team, select Onboarding as the Support Service Team instead)
• Advisor #: populate with your firm's Orion advisor number
• Subject: New Goldman Sachs Select feed - [insert firm name]
• Description:
  • We have contacted Goldman Sachs Select to request a new feed of our data to Orion. Please initiate an internal process to prepare this feed for our database.
    • Do you intend to share this feed with any other database(s) in Orion? YES or NO (If yes, please explain)
    • Three Sample Accounts: [enter three account numbers expected in the feed]
    • Rep Assignment: If there is a representative you would like assigned to this feed, provide the Orion Rep ID (located in Firm Profile > Representatives) and the name.
    • New Accounts Process: Auto-Add or Auto-Exclude
• Click Submit.

 

 

 

Interface Notes

• Requests not completed within 60 days are subject to cancellation. Custodial delays and other special circumstances may allow for more time as necessary.
• This feed contains name files, so accounts can be created automatically through the feed.
• Rep Mapping and Auto-Householding are available.
• This download format is NOT eligible for sleeving.
• Approximate time to complete: 10-14 business days once Orion receives all applicable information.
