Compile List of Accounts

• Compose a password-protected list of accounts expected to be included in the feed.

• Use the template below to request a new feed from Atlantic Union Bank

Message: Please accept this email as my authorization to begin sending data associated with our firm, [insert firm name here], to Orion Advisor Technology. I have attached a password-protected document of the accounts to include in this feed, with written authorization from the account owner. A separate email will immediately follow with the password. Once processed, notify sme-data@orion.com and include our firm name and the firm Routing Code associated with our firm's data files.

 

 

Submit a Support Case to Orion

• Log into Orion Connect and open the Support app.
  • Click the button within Support.
  • Select Service Requests tab.

Service Request Details

• Support Service Team: Reconciliation (If you are working directly with the Onboarding team, select Onboarding as the Support Service Team instead)
• Advisor #: populate with your firm's Orion advisor number
• Subject: New Atlantic Union Bank feed - [insert firm name]
• Description:
  • We have contacted Atlantic Union Bank to request a new feed of our data to Orion. Please initiate an internal process to prepare this feed for our database.
    • Do you intend to share this feed with any other datahbase(s) in Orion? YES or NO (If yes, please explain)
    • Three Sample Accounts: [enter three account numbers expected in the feed]
    • Rep Assignment: If there is a representative you would like assigned to this feed, provide the Orion Rep ID (located in Firm Profile > Representatives) and the name.
    • New Accounts Process: Auto-Exclude
• Click Submit.

 

 

 

Interface Notes

• Requests not completed within 60 days are subject to cancellation. Custodial delays and other special circumstances may allow for more time as necessary.
• Please Note: Data cannot be applied to your database until Orion receives your firm name and the firm Routing Code associated with your firm's data files.
• This feed does provide name files; however, SSNs are not included, so Auto-Householding is not supported, and the feed must be set to Auto-Exclude. It is your firm's responsibility to create the account shells in Orion.
• Rep Mapping is not available.
• Approximate time to complete: 7-10 business days once Orion receives all applicable information.
