InformationTitleHow-To Add Portfolio Model Substitutes in Orion Trading (Eclipse)DescriptionLearn how to add substitutes directly in models or to individual portfolios in Orion Trading.BodyWhy? Add Portfolio Model Substitutes when you want to assign a portfolio to a base model, but have small changes you want to make to one or more of the nodes. You also have the option to use equivalents for this. Review the article How to Add Account or Portfolio Level Equivalents in Orion Trading (Eclipse) for more information. What? Portfolios are assigned to models from the model details and portfolio details page. It is best practice to use these substitutes sparingly. The less substitutes you have on your model, the easier it is to troubleshoot if there is an issue with the portfolio or model later on. Please Note: The Delete Model Privilege applies to removing sub-models and deleting entire models. Before you delete a model, the sub-models must not be in any other model, and the portfolio must be unassigned.
