Once on file, another form is not required for any additional master account number(s) being released.Schwab Intelligent Portfolios are eligible via the data feeds to Orion if the accounts are labeled as Institutional, not Retail.Ineligible accounts: Schwab Retirement Services (retail platform)Company Stock Plans (retail platform)Schwab 529 Plans (11-digit numbers) Schwab Bank is referenced when dealing with master account numbers tied to trust accounts (file beginning with 'TS') and use the Generic format over BD Core.Social Security Numbers and Date of Birth are only added to the feed when you select the appropriate box(es) when filling out the Data Access Agreement. It is best practice to auto-exclude accounts that cannot be auto-added into Orion until the SSNs are released; accounts without SSNs cannot be auto-householded. Review Expectations When Auto Householding Accounts for more information.IMPORTANT: If you have Schwab Checking Accounts, you must link these to a separate master account number for proper householding capacities within the Orion system. Submit Data Access Agreement at Schwab Note: Requests for Data Access Agreements must be submitted by the firm that owns the master account number(s) at Schwab. Navigate to the Schwab Advisor Center: www.schwabadvisorcenter.comLog into the Advisor Center with your credentials. Click Account Management > Forms Library > enter Data in the search bar > choose Data Access Agreement and complete the application with the details provided below. Data Access Agreement Request If you have direct ownership of the master account number(s) to be released, complete the Third Party Data Access Agreement as outlined. If you are releasing the master(s) in this request on behalf of another firm, enter their firm name, contact name, and email in this field.Accompanying information and/or data files to be included in each request: Social Security Number/Tax Identification NumberAccount Date of BirthAccount .FAM File DocuSign Procedures, if applicable Upon receipt of the request, Schwab reviews your IASA to determine if a Data Access Agreement is required via DocuSign. If so, this is distributed to the authorized signer provided above within 1-3 business days.Applicable parties receive a copy of the completed agreement after all necessary parties have signed the agreement.Schwab releases the specified master account number(s) and sends an email confirmation to the advisor and third-party recipient. Final Requirements - Orion Data Feed Details Upon receipt of the completed Data Access Agreement, Orion contacts the main reconciliation contact (or main firm contact if no reconciliation contact is on file) to confirm the following: Confirm the master account number(s) being established.Will the master account number(s) be created within your database? YES | NO If no, please explain. Do you intend to share the master number(s) with any other database within Orion? YES | NOConfirm you have chosen to release the SSNs and DOBs and include the .FAM file while filling out the DAA? YES | NOWill the requested master contain Schwab checking accounts or annuities? YES | NO If yes, please specify.Please Note: If your master(s) contain checking accounts, these must be linked to their own independent master for proper householding purposes. Provide three sample account numbers for each master account to be used for verification.Denote how you wish Orion handles new accounts in your database: Auto-Add | Auto-ExcludeIf there is a representative you would like auto-assigned to the feed, provide the Orion Rep ID, (located in Firm Profile > Representatives) and the name If this feed request is for a Jumbo Master and individual rep assignments should be contained within it, provide each child master number, along with the Orion Rep ID and name. Notes When Orion receives the DAA and confirms the details above with you, internal workflows will be initiated to establish feeds for the master account number(s).Requests not completed within 60 days are subject to cancellation.
