Eclipse Portfolio Alerts 

The Orion Trading Platform is such a robust tool that it can be a challenge to know every alert that needs to be addressed. This card gives you a summary overview of the Orion Trading dashboards so you can easily navigate to the items in Orion Trading that are most important to you.

Cash Need: This displays the number of portfolios in Orion Trading that have cash out of tolerance in any of the cash buckets. Review the Orion Trading Platform – Cash Needs Tool Overview for more information on cash needs. Out Of Tolerance: This displays the number of portfolios in Orion Trading that are out of tolerance on the out of tolerance review level. Review Orion Trading Platform (Eclipse) – General Preferences for more information on preferences related to out of tolerance portfolios.  Tax Loss Harvesting Opportunity: This displays the number of portfolios that have a tax loss harvesting opportunity according to your firm's preferences set for tax loss harvesting. Review Orion Trading Platform (Eclipse) – General Preferences for more information on preferences related to out of tolerance portfolios. No Model: This displays the number of portfolios in Orion Trading that have not been assigned to a model yet. Portfolios need to be assigned to a model before using trade tools like the Rebalancer, Tactical, Cash Needs, and more!

Distributions: This displays the number of portfolios in Orion Trading whose accounts had a distribution in the last day.

Contributions: This displays the number of portfolios in Orion Trading whose accounts have received a contribution in the last day.

Model Summary

Checking your general AUM is a great way to see how you’re doing. But sometimes you need a way to drill further down into your different models to make decisions. This card displays the Assets Under Management number based on each model, and allows you to see what models hold the most accounts and money quickly and succinctly.

Models: This displays the name given to the model in the Orion Connect Models App # of Accounts: This displays the number of accounts that are assigned to the model in Portfolio Audit. To see which specific accounts are assigned to each model, click on View All Models at the bottom right of the card and select Model Aggregates. Double click the Model Aggregate and select the Assigned Accounts Tab. Market Value: This displays the sum of all the managed values in accounts assigned to the model in Portfolio Audit.
